Availability inquiries
The availability form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not save the form fields to a database. Information you send by email is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and coordinate a potential booking.
Booked events
If you book, Light Brite may collect the contact, venue, event, agreement and payment details needed to provide the service. Event images are handled according to the signed rental agreement. Private galleries are normally available for 90 days.
School events
School galleries are password-protected and delivered to the designated administrator for review. Schools are responsible for participant permissions and distribution decisions.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use analytics. If measurement tools are added later, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
Outside links
Links to email, Instagram, TikTok and other services are governed by those providers’ privacy practices.
